   The logical inconsistencies of these progressive judges is going to give me an aneurysm. The judge cites equal protection under the law in the DOMA. Yet, that is the fundamental flaw in reason with same sex marriage. If redefining marriage is a right, under equal protection under the law every United States citizen has the right to redefine marriage as they see fit. However, only homosexuals have the right to redefine marriage.

   As for Dr Craig's question of will the courts respect the states rights to define marriage between a man and a woman, the answer is no. To progressives, the law means whatever they say the law means. They may cite a states rights in one decision and disregard it in another, depending on what agenda they are attempting to implement by judicial fiat.

   In the case of same sex marriage, I guarantee you that right now there is a homosexual activist group who has a lawsuit prepared where a samesex couple got married in one state and then moved to another. They will argue that they can't get the same benefits in the state they moved to. They are being discriminated against simply because they moved. If the judge rules against them, they will try again in a year or too. Sooner or later a progressive judge will rule in their favor,order the sate to implement same sex marriage, and knock down the barrier between states.

   Some goals the communists had for America back in 1963. There are 45 of them. They seem apropos for this subject.

   24. Eliminate all laws governing obscenity by calling them "censorship" and a violation of free speech and free press.
   
   25. Break down cultural standards of morality by promoting pornography and obscenity in books, magazines, motion pictures, radio, and TV.
   
   26. Present homosexuality, degeneracy and promiscuity as "normal, natural, healthy."
   
   27. Infiltrate the churches and replace revealed religion with "social" religion. Discredit the Bible and emphasize the need for intellectual maturity, which does not need a "religious crutch."
   
   28. Eliminate prayer or any phase of religious expression in the schools on the ground that it violates the principle of "separation of church and state."
   
   29. Discredit the American Constitution by calling it inadequate, old-fashioned, out of step with modern needs, a hindrance to cooperation between nations on a worldwide basis.
   
   30. Discredit the American Founding Fathers. Present them as selfish aristocrats who had no concern for the "common man."

   Dr. Craig, is it your belief that in the American system of government the decisions of majorities, whether enacted directly or via elected representatives, are immune from judicial review and reversal?
